Back to HomeHow We Work
Our Methodology
Intake and Assessment
We gather the relevant background — existing documents, employment history, and the nature of the situation — before forming a view on the legal position. No advice is given before we understand the facts.
Draft or Advisory Stage
For contract and policy work, we prepare a draft and explain each material clause. For termination and advisory matters, we set out the available positions and the considerations attached to each — in plain language.
Written Confirmation
Every engagement concludes with a written memorandum confirming the advice given, the document produced, and any outstanding steps. Follow-up questions within the scope of the engagement are addressed without additional charge.
Service 1
Employment Contract Drafting for Employers
A careful preparation of employment contracts that align with the Labor Protection Act, social security obligations, and the practical realities of staff retention. We discuss probationary periods, working hours, overtime calculation, severance schedules, and the post-employment obligations that tend to benefit from clear written language. Suited to companies hiring their first staff, foreign-managed entities, and SMEs revising older contracts.

Service 2
Termination & Severance Advisory
Considered guidance for both employers and employees facing termination — whether for cause, without cause, due to economic restructuring, or following the end of a fixed-term arrangement. We discuss the severance schedule under Thai law, the conditions that must be observed, and the conversations that often help reduce the chance of later dispute. Where a Labor Court matter is anticipated, we prepare quietly and thoroughly.

Service 3
Workplace Policy & Handbook Review
A short review of an existing employee handbook or set of internal policies against the Labor Protection Act, the Working of Aliens framework where relevant, and Personal Data Protection Act considerations affecting HR records. We deliver a memorandum with prioritized recommendations and a draft of any policy language that may benefit from refinement.
Fee
