The content of this Website is intended for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and does not create an attorney–client or adviser–client relationship. An engagement relationship is only formed when Lanna Lex provides a written confirmation or engagement letter and the agreed fee has been received.

We do not guarantee availability of services to all persons or entities in all circumstances. We reserve the right to decline instructions where conflicts of interest arise or where we are unable to act for professional reasons.

4. User Responsibilities

When using this Website or engaging our Services, you agree to:

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, structure, design, and presentation — is the property of Lanna Lex and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and read the Website content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or adapt any content from this Website without our prior written consent. Memoranda, draft documents, and advice prepared in the course of an Engagement remain the property of Lanna Lex until fees for that Engagement have been paid in full.

6. Fees and Payment

Where a fixed fee is quoted for a Service (as described on our Solutions page), that fee is payable in Thai Baht (฿). Payment terms are set out in the relevant engagement confirmation. We reserve the right to decline to proceed with or to pause work on an Engagement where fees remain outstanding.

Refunds are not ordinarily available for work already performed. Where an Engagement has not yet commenced and both parties agree in writing to withdraw, we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all information disclosed to us in the context of an enquiry or Engagement as confidential. We will not disclose such information to third parties except where required by law, regulatory obligation, or with your written consent. Our obligations of confidentiality continue after the conclusion of an Engagement.

You acknowledge that communication by email or through web forms carries inherent risks, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted by these means prior to receipt.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Lanna Lex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this Website or from reliance on its contents. Our aggregate liability to you in connection with any Engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you in respect of that specific Engagement.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where such limitation would be unlawful under applicable Thai law.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your access to this Website at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or if access is otherwise necessary to protect the integrity or security of the Website.

The provisions of Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, and 11 of these Terms shall survive any termination of your use of this Website or of a Service engagement.
