1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make sites work as expected and to give website operators basic information about how visitors use the site.

Cookies do not contain personally identifying information on their own, but they may be combined with other information to identify you. You remain in control of which cookies (other than essential ones) we place on your device.

2. The Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies — Always Active

cookieConsent — stores your cookie preferences so you are not asked again on every visit. Expires after 12 months.

Session cookies — maintain basic site functionality during your visit. Deleted when you close your browser.

Optional Cookies

Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors navigate the site (pages visited, time on page). No personal identifiers are stored in analytics data we retain.

Marketing cookies — may be set by third-party advertising or retargeting tools. We do not currently run advertising campaigns, but these may be activated in future.

Preference cookies — remember choices you have made (such as language or layout preferences) to improve your future visits.

3. Third-Party Cookies

We use Google Maps embedded on our main page (no API key required) which may place cookies from Google. Additionally, if analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics which sets its own cookies to collect aggregated, anonymised visit data.

We are not responsible for the cookies set by third-party services. Please refer to Google's privacy documentation for information on how Google handles data from these cookies.

7. Your Rights and Contact
